1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• With tags/labels still attached

• In original packaging (where possible)

• Items we cannot accept:

• Custom-made/personalised items

• Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or strong odours (perfume, smoke, etc.)
