All products are made-to-order and subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately

display product images, colours, and descriptions, but there may be slight variations due to

printing, screen settings, or materials.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Payment is required at the time

of ordering via our accepted payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Because each item is made-to-order, please allow 3–5 working days for us to create and

prepare your order before dispatch.

UK Delivery: Typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch (via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri).

Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 working days from the date of order.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays. Once your order is

dispatched, you will receive a tracking number if available.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Ro-deano items! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14

days of receipt, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original packaging

• With all tags attached

Sale items or custom/personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

To request a return, contact us at info@ro-deano.com with your order number. Refunds will be

processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos

and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and photographs — is the

property of Ro-deano Clothing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials
