Processing Times
All Ro-deano items are made-to-order, so we ask for 3–5 working days to create and prepare your order before dispatch.
UK Delivery:
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 working days from order date.
You’ll receive a tracking number where available.
Delivery Notes:
Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods (e.g., holidays) or due to postal delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Lost or Damaged Items:
